BTW, I take it that 'want of failure' was just a Wilsonian malaprop, along the lines of 'emerse'. Either you or his honor the Supreme Judge (or the Editorial board or the spirit of Atticus Finch should ('of course' in SJ parlance) feel free to correct my sorry self if that is an error. We normal-glanded plebes do that--a lot!
