... as to Owners and GMs, there are some who are "hands off." I'll defer to Stuart because my real team is Wittrs. This is just a tax write off. I built the place for Stuart in the first place. Why would I not defer to him? Even if Stuart banned me, I would go. Of course, I would stop administering then as well. I have no need to stay around here. But of course, there isn't any principle in any thinking head whatsoever that could even entertain such an idea. And so, the matter belongs merely to Tom Foolery -- of which I am not out, because I've got work to do.

 You hide behind him, but as indicated, it's not actually fooling anybody.  You may be interested to learn too, that to the extent that some proprietor deigns to "share jurisdiction" with someone he appoints--like an owner of a team hiring a GM--it's only some kind of cheap imitation of the real deal.  Stuart could test his actual power by trying to ban you, but short of success at that, there's no reason to believe that you wouldn't simply replace him with some other lickspittle underling if he defied you.
