It doesn't leave anything out. The theory can still fully specify what
color experience is physically.
The transplantation of color experience merely means that information is
physical, and that you need to make physical changes to transfer all
information. Transplanting a brain part, in this case, is precisely that,
translation of physical information from one body to the other.
Therefore, his argument would be true if and only if knowledge were
independent of physical medium, but clearly it isn't.
